Dr. Kathy L. Rumer is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has deep experience with gender affirmation surgery and a practice that is geared primarily toward transgender patients. In addition to performing hundreds of gender-affirming surgical procedures each year, Dr. Rumer also directs a one-year gender affirmation surgery fellowship program.
