Provider – Ambulatory
Provider - Ambulatory Registration Link
Intended Audience: Providers that ONLY work in the OUTPATIENT setting including specialties: osteoporosis, pediatrics, primary care, rheumatology, and sports medicine. EMPLOYED PROVIDERS ONLY.
Please note: Ambulatory providers who only see patients in the ambulatory setting should sign up for CH OneChart: Provider – Ambulatory
This four-hour class will demonstrate the necessary information for providers who ONLY work in the Ambulatory/Clinic setting, this class will provide a foundational overview for Providers utilizing PowerChart for their daily activities. It will demonstrate the necessary processes to access your schedule, navigate the patient chart to locate relevant information, place orders, complete documentation, and utilize communication tools within the PowerChart application.
Provider – BH

Intended Audience: Behavioral health outpatient provider, behavioral health inpatient, provider, behavioral health crisis provider, psychiatrist
Please note: Behavioral health inpatient, inpatient substance abuse and crisis providers sign up for Provider – BH
This six-hour class will provide a foundational overview for behavioral health providers utilizing PowerChart for their daily activities. It will demonstrate the necessary processes to organize your patient lists, navigate the patient chart to locate relevant information, place orders, complete documentation, and utilize communication tools within the PowerChart application. The functionality of these process will be used to demonstrate patient admission, care management, and discharge.
Provider - Cross-Venue

Intended Audience: Providers who work in BOTH acute and ambulatory venues including but not limited to endocrinologist, neurologist, residents, and neonatologist. EMPLOYED PROVIDERS ONLY.
Please note: Ambulatory providers who see patients in the practice setting and perform medical inpatient rounds/consults should sign up for Provider - Cross-Venue
This six-hour class will demonstrate the necessary information for end-users who work in the Ambulatory/Clinic AND Inpatient/Hospital setting, this class will provide a foundational overview for providers utilizing PowerChart for their daily activities. It will demonstrate the necessary processes, access your clinic schedule, navigate the patient chart to locate relevant information, place orders, complete documentation, utilize communication tools within the PowerChart application, organize your hospital patient lists, patient care management (rounding), transfer, and discharge.
Provider – ED

Intended Audience: Emergency department provider, emergency department medicine medical director, emergency residents
Please note: Emergency providers or residents should sign up for Provider - ED.
This four-hour class will demonstrate the core information that emergency department providers will need to document on patients during their stay including utilizing LaunchPoint, working with Orders, using Workflow MPages, setting up and completing documentation, prescribing medications, working with Message Center, and more.
Provider - Surgery Cross Venue

Intended Audience: Surgery providers who works in both acute and ambulatory venues (clinics) including bariatric surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, trauma surgery, transplant surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology surgery, gastroenterologists, burn surgeons, surgery residents, urogynecology, breast health, and gynecologic oncology.
Please note: Surgeons who perform cases and see patients in the office should sign up for Provider - Surgery Cross Venue.
This class is designed for surgery providers that work in acute and ambulatory venues.
Provider – Pathologist
Provider – Pathologist Registration Link
Intended Audience: Pathologists, pathology staff, transcriptionist
Please note: Pathologists sign up for Provider – Pathologist.
This three-hour class will demonstrate the necessary information to add tasks to cases, modify/verify cytology and histology specific reports, and share an understanding of the status of specimens and cases in the lab. Note: Transcriptionists will be enrolled in this class because they will be doing the scribing for pathologists specifically.
Provider - Women's Health

Intended Audience: Women's health provider, maternal-fetal medicine, women's health residents, and family medicine residents
Please note: OB/GYN Providers who deliver babies, see patients in the office, and/or perform gynecologic surgery should sign up for Provider - Women's Health.
This six-hour class will demonstrate the necessary information that an OB/GYN will need for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Inpatient: Demonstrates FetaLink, patient admission, care management (orders and documentation), delivery documentation, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Outpatient: Demonstrates the necessary processes to access your schedule, navigate the patient chart to locate relevant information, place orders, complete documentation, and utilize communication tools within the PowerChart application.
Special Note for Outpatient Behavioral Health Providers
If you are on staff at a Crozer facility but do not come to the hospital and simply need access to Cerner in your office because you refer patients to Crozer, please sign up for Provider – View Only. NOTE: you will receive an email with the link to this training at a later date!
