Crozer Health Physician Bill
If your bill looks like the image on the left, you have received a physician bill. There should be a green “P” for physician on the top corner of the bill.

If your bill looks like the image on the left, you have received a hospital bill. There should be a blue “H” for hospital on the top corner of the bill.

Crozer Health partners with MDsave to increase access to care for commercial pay, high-deductible and out-of-pocket patients. Using MDsave, you can pre-purchase fully bundled packages for planned procedures, or purchase the packages as needed for more immediate needs, with a full understanding of your financial responsibility and without fear of surprise balance bills.

At Crozer Health , we provide care to everyone who comes to us for health care, regardless of their ability to pay for services. If you need care but do not have the means to pay, we can help.
We offer financial assistance services to help members of the community to obtain the care they need regardless of their ability to pay.
