• Charlene Chen, M.D.

  Charlene Chen, M.D., graduated from Crozer Health in 2013.  She is a family physician practicing full-spectrum family medicine at Esperanza Health Center, a federally qualified health center in North Philadelphia.  She is currently the Assistant Site Medical Director of the Kensington site and oversees medical student rotations at Esperanza. She is also pursuing her board certification in lifestyle medicine.

• Cody Clinton, D.O.

  Cody Clinton, D.O., graduated from Crozer in 2014.  He is currently a primary care sports medicine physician in the department of orthopedics at Cooper University Hospital.  He is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.  He enjoys teaching and mentoring residents and medical students and is the faculty advisor to the Sports Medical Interest Group at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

• Kourtney Krohn, D.O.

  Kourtney Krohn, D.O., graduated from Crozer in 2017. She is currently a partner at Physicians East, a physician-owned multispecialty practice in Greenville, N.C. She is also the medical director at Kindred Home Health. She serves on multiple committees to improve patient and physician workflow and improvements to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

   

• Leon McCrea M.D., MPH, FAAFP

  Leon McCrea M.D., MPH, FAAFP, graduated from Crozer in 2010.  He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Family, Community, and Preventive Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine and is the Senior Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  He is the Program Director of the Drexel/Tower Health Family Medicine Residency and sits on the board of the Family Medicine Education Consortium.

• Margot Savoy, M.D., MPH, FAAFP, FABC, CPE, CMQ, FAAPL

  Margot Savoy, M.D., MPH, FAAFP, FABC, CPE, CMQ, FAAPL, graduated from Crozer Health in 2005. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health in 2008 with a master's degree in public health leadership with a focus on public health practice. She is Department Chair & Associate Professor in the Department of Family & Community Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Chief Quality Officer for the Temple Faculty Practice Plan. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, the Certifying Commission in Medical Management, and a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company.

• Jacqueline Scheier, D.O. and Rob Perkins, D.O.

  Jacqueline Scheier, D.O., graduated from Crozer Health in 2014. She grew up in Delaware County, Pa., and continues to practice medicine with Crozer in Delaware County at the Crozer Health Family Care and Women’s  Health office. 

  

  She works with fellow alumni Rob Perkins, D.O. who graduated from Crozer in 2019.  He joined the Crozer practice after completing a unique Administrative Leadership Fellowship with Prospect Medical Holdings. 

• Felecia Sumner, D.O.

  Felecia Sumner, D.O., graduated from Crozer Health in 2014.  She is a nationally-recognized speaker, best-selling author, and wellness strategist with a passion for functional medicine.  She is the owner and physician at Synergize Direct Primary Care, a family medicine practice in Delaware County, Pa., that provides comprehensive holistic care in a direct primary care model.
